Industrial project management and engineering

At Intenia Engineering, we take on the project from the initial idea to the handover of fully operating equipment. We develop the technical solution, design it, prepare workshop documentation and all supporting lists, and then proceed with manufacturing the equipment in collaboration with our trusted network of subcontractors. All key know-how remains within the company – ensuring complete control over the design, details, and execution. We manage the entire process in a coordinated way. The client has a single point of contact and a clear process – we make sure the solution is technically sound, safe, feasible, and ready for manufacturing and installation.

Taking over excess production capacity

When the customer’s in-house machines and team are fully occupied, time becomes the most valuable resource. That is when we take over excess capacity: based on the agreed documentation we manufacture individual parts or assemblies, organize the entire production process, perform final inspection and deliver within the agreed deadline. Thanks to our internal structure and network of proven subcontractors, we can easily offload even larger projects. This way, the customer does not need additional investment in machines or staff and does not risk delays – in the end, they receive exactly what they ordered.

Delivery and installation

The project does not end in the workshop. Once manufacturing is complete, we organise delivery of the equipment to the client’s site and, as agreed, also installation by a reliable team of fitters. This means the client does not need to look for additional contractors or coordinate multiple suppliers – we take care of the entire journey from concept to a fully operational system. The result for the client is simple: a single partner who manages the project from idea to delivery and installation, and clear responsibility for the final outcome.

About us

Intenia, based in Slovenia, has grown since 2013 as a reliable industrial partner. During this time, we have built a strong network of verified subcontractors and partners with whom we collaborate long-term and trust in executing projects. Today, we are upgrading this experience as Intenia Engineering d.o.o..
The reorganization, updated processes, and a refreshed team have guided us into a new phase. We combine the lessons learned from the past with the energy of a new generation.
Our goal is simple: to deliver solutions that measurably improve processes are safe and remain compliant with European standards.

We manage engineering tasks comprehensively. Based on requirements, data, and standards, we develop a technical solution that optimizes efficiency and ensures safety. In production, we maintain precision and traceability. CNC machining, welding, surface protection, and assembly take place under a unified quality control system. Equipment installation is planned, properly integrated into existing processes, and verified. When needed, we perform revisions, line upgrades, and component replacements to extend equipment lifespan and increase availability.
